The 2009/10 general committee which is responsible for the 'day to day' running of the club is made up of three officers and up to eleven members. They are normally required to meet once a month usually on the second Tuesday.
( * Co-opted to the next AGM ) In addition to the main committee, there are three sub-committees: The Bar Committee which is responsible for developing and maintaining the supplies and pricing of it's bar products. It has a particularly dynamic function in adapting to the tastes and moods of the members that it serves. The Disciplinary Committee which regulates the behaviour of the members and staff to ensure that they are compliant towards the terms stipulated by the management committee and depicted in the rule book. The Disability Committee which ensures that the club adheres to any legislation and human rights concerning the welfare of it's members and visitors to the club. The Improvements Committee is a special committee formed for 2008/9. The main function will be to keep the club informed of any remedial repair work to be undertaken, and to provide a continual programme of updating the clubs' assets.
